Since he was very young he began working in an industrial and manufacturer enterprise. By that time the best way to learn in a job was to be an apprentice, so he became an apprentice. Frederick Taylor evolved from a simple floor worker to be the boss in a former company. He considered that the management techniques would determine the best way to divide the tasks inside an enterprise. The methods developed by Frederick Taylor began with experiments counting the time it takes for a machine to produce an object. He thought that this method could be applied to every worker in the enterprise. This method came when the economy and the efficiency of the enterprise was below the standards.
